These directions will provide access to Ozark Outdoors Resort under normal weather conditions.
*If using MapQuest, Google Maps, Tom Tom, Garmin, or any other GPS device, make sure you check against these directions from I-44 for accuracy.
Traveling West on I-44 to Ozark Outdoors Resort
- Take Leasburg, Missouri exit #214 on your right. Turn left and cross the overpass.
- Drive approximately 7 miles on Highway H.
- You will stay on the highway as you drive through Onondaga Cave State Park, (make sure you adhere to the 20 MPH speed limit, Missouri Park Rangers strictly enforce it).
- Continue driving straight, over the Meramec River Bridge and continue on.
- You will see the Ozark Outdoors driveway entrance a few yards on your left past the bridge.
- Follow our driveway into the parking lot. Please pull into a space, and DO NOT park along our building. Go inside the Meramec Mercantile Store to register your vehicle and get your car tag. (All vehicles on property are required to have a car tag in order to be on our private property.)
- Enjoy your stay!
Traveling East on I-44 to Ozark Outdoors Resort

Traveling via Hwy 8 West (coming from Potosi area)
- Continue driving on Hwy 8 toward Steelville, Missouri. Approximately 4 miles before Steelville, you will see Highway E on your right.
- Turn onto E and follow it straight until you come to a low-water bridge.
- Cross the bridge where the road turns into gravel.
- Drive approximately 3 miles on the gravel road until you see the Ozark Outdoors Resort driveway on your right.
- Turn into the drive.
- Follow our driveway into the parking lot. Please pull into a space, and DO NOT park along our building. Go inside the Meramec Mercantile Store to register your vehicle and get your car tag. (All vehicles on property are required to have a car tag in order to be on our private property.)

Leaving Ozark Outdoors via Flood Route
- Take left out of our driveway onto Cave Rd.
- Go to top of hill, turn left at 4-Way crossing onto Scotia Ranch Road.
- Follow Scotia Ranch Road about 6 miles and stay straight (DO NOT turn right at 3-Way). Continue and follow the road until pavement at Hwy N.
- Take left onto Hwy N
- Follow Hwy N about 8 miles until you get to Bourbon.
- Cross railroad tracks, turn left on E Pine St
- Continue through the center of the town of Bourbon straight through 4-Way stop until you get to Hwy 44.
Coming to Ozark Outdoors via Flood Route
- Take Hwy 44 to Bourbon Exit #218
- Go straight at the 4-Way Stop (Hwy N / “E Pine St”)
- Continue through the center of the town of Bourbon to the next stop sign (Hwy N / “Walnut St”) turn right.
- Follow Hwy N about 8 miles until you cross the Meramec River Bridge
- Approximately 100ft turn right onto Hinch Rd (first gravel road)
- Follow Hinch Road about 6 miles and stay straight (DO NOT LEFT turn at 3 Way). Continue and follow the road until you come to a 4-Way crossing
- Make a right at the 4-Way onto Cave Rd. Follow until the road turns into pavement.
- Make first right into our driveway.
Coming to Ozark Outdoors from Onondaga Cave State Park
- Leave Onondaga and go back up the hill to the 2nd gravel road on right, Possum Hollow RD
- Take a right onto Possum Hollow Rd and follow it all the way to the stop sign (4.1 miles)
- At the stop sign, turn right onto Hwy N.
- Make second right after the bridge onto Hinch Rd (1st gravel road)
- Follow Hinch Road and stay straight (DO NOT turn left at 3-Way). Stay right and follow the road until you come to a 4-Way crossing.
- Take a right at the 4-Way onto Cave Rd. Follow until the road turns into pavement.
- Take first right into our driveway.
