During busy times there may be limited walk-in spots available for camping and floating. Reservations not paid in their entirety are considered tentative and subject to cancellation.

Check-In is 4PM | Check-Out is 11AM. Early check-in for lodging and camping depends on whether or not the site or unit was rented the previous night and if it is guest ready. Guests must call ahead to verify their site or unit is ready for early check-in. There will be a fee for arrivals prior to the normal check-in time. Check-in for lodging and camping begins at 4:00pm every day and ends at close of business (on busy weekends we will have after hours security to help you check-in and find where you are going – during the week please make arrangements if you are arriving after business hours). FLOATING: Please arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to your scheduled floating departure time to check-in and finalize paperwork.

Linens are included in all lodging units. Linens include sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and washcloths. Linens are provided based on the number of people per reservation. Dirty linen sets may be traded for a clean set at no charge every 2 days of your reservation. If you are in need of more linen sets, additional fees will apply. Kitchenware is included in the Cedar Ridge and Meramec Valley Chalets, Lookout Lodge and the Grand Suite. This includes pots, pans, plates, cups bowls, cooking and eating utensils. Kitchenware is not included in any cabin or motel room. Please make arrangements to bring these with you or visit the Meramec Mercantile for supplies.

Yes! We welcome pets to Ozark Outdoors Resort. We ask that pets be on a leash at all times. Pets shall never be left alone at campsites, in RVs, vehicles, or in lodging units. A kennel, or other comfortable place for your pet should be brought for each pet. Please do NOT leash or chain your pet to any boat, tree, or grill unit. Pets are allowed on rafts, please trim nails prior to boarding. Make sure their nails are smooth. Any damages will be your financial responsibility. Please respect others and make sure your pet is properly trained to prevent them from being a nuisance. Housetrained pets are welcome in our Pet Friendly lodging units. The pet fee for all Pet Friendly lodging units is $55 + tax (per pet and is non-refundable). Costs of damages will be charged to reservation owner in addition to basic pet reservation fees if necessary. Pets are not allowed in the following units: Deluxe Kozy Kabins (21-28), Lookout Lodge, Cedar Ridge Chalet (2A & 2B), or the Grand Suite. There is a limit of 2 pets per reservation. Visit us in the Meramec Mercantile for your pet needs: food, leashes, doggy bags and toys. Management reserves the right to remove pets and their owners for inappropriate behaviors, especially if they disturb or endanger other guests.

There is a limit of 10 people per camp reservation and site. Campsites vary in size. The number of tents that fit will depend on the size of your site. There are no restrictions to the number of tents you can have on your campsite. For more than 8 people, please book an extra site. Please be considerate of your neighbors and do not cross over into someone else’s campsite.

Yes, as long as you are not on someone else’s campsite. There is a limit of 10 people per RV reservation and site. Tents are not allowed next to any motel, cabin, lodge, chalet, or the Grand Suite.

Family Area: 11:00PM – 7:00AM. Late Night area: 1:00AM – 7:00AM. Strictly enforced.

Yes, but please consider the size of your RV or camper. Primitive sites do not have electric, water, or sewer. We do NOT allow generators.

Cost depends on several factors: number of guests floating, type of raft and time of year. Call our friendly reservationists to set your trip to your individual needs. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Float trips last anywhere from an hour on the Tube Loop to an all day adventure on a raft. Your trip will vary on how many stops you make along the way. Choose the vessel that suits your trip!

Check-In for your Meramec River, Huzzah River, or Courtois River float begins as soon as the Meramec Mercantile opens on the day of your scheduled Missouri float trip. As a courtesy to other floaters, please arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to your scheduled float trip departure time to get checked-in and to the boarding location, so other guests do not have to wait. Management reserves the right to make boat changes, move float locations, or to ask unruly guests to leave. Pets are allowed in our boats, NOT tubes, please keep nails clipped. Do NOT tie animals of any kind to boats. Abuse of animals may result in fines and/or imprisonment. Most float trips leave on top of the hour, for efficiency, and to maintain our STAY Green efforts. Please arrive at least 45 minutes in advance to complete necessary documentation. All floaters must sign a release of liability waiver to receive their ticket for a river trip. NO float ticket will be issued until ALL signatures have been documented for the float ticket. Anyone 18 and up must sign for themselves, parents and guardians will sign for minors. Only the reservation holder will be issued the float ticket, unless they have specifically given store staff an alternative name to issue the float ticket to. Children 7 and under are required to wear a Coast Guard approved Personal Floatation Device. We strongly recommend children 12 and under wear Coast Guard approved PFD’s at Ozark Outdoors Resort. Damage to watercraft or equipment may result in minimum fines of $250.00 per damage or incident. Coolers must be under 52 quarts in size. No Styrofoam coolers or other Styrofoam containers. No glass bottles or containers. No nudity on or in Ozark Outdoors property. No solicitation of any kind. No sexual harassment. No jumping off rocks, trees, rope-swings, or bluffs. No littering — Use trash bags provided. No overcrowding in boats, for your protection and the protection of others. ALLOW EXTRA FLOAT TIME FOR LONGER TRIPS AND LARGE-SIZED RAFTS. We cannot guarantee inner tubes with mesh bottoms. Due to customer abuse, many of our tubes no longer have mesh. Do NOT pass the take outs. If you pass the scheduled takeout location, you will be charged a fine of $75 per person and an extra day boat fee. All floaters must be off the water before dark. Violators will be charged a minimum of $75.00 per person and an extra day boat fee for late arrivals. Floaters taken out downstream must be off the water, and on Ozark Outdoors property no later than 6:00 P.M.

2 adults can comfortably fit per canoe. One child may be added, please note there is no 3rd seat. Per standards, we cannot place more people per raft than the size of the raft (no more than 4 people in a 4-person raft, 6 people in a 6-person raft, 8 people in an 8-person, 10 people in a 10 person raft). All children count as passengers.

We offer limited shuttles for personal kayaks and canoes. We do not offer people, car or raft shuttles. Please call the office for arrangements. At this time we do not offer shuttles for Ozark Trail hiking. We do allow parking, for a fee, at certain times of the year for hiking on the Ozark Trail.

Yes, Saturdays Only! We offer limited offsite pickups on Saturdays from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. For groups of 10 or more. Fee is $10 per person, with a minimum fee of $100. These reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Please call to discuss options, fees, dates and times, (573) 245-6837. Participants must be ages 6 or older; anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult on or below the course. Each participant must have a minimum 60″ vertical reach when standing flat-footed. Each participant must weigh no more than 265 lbs. (pass or fail scale will be available). The Floating Treetops Aerial Park is operational in and during light rain. If there is lightning within a 20 mile radius we cannot open the course. We can bring the group down to wait out the storm, or we can issue a raincheck good for one year. Group minimum is 4 reservations. Other general guidelines: May NOT be under the influence of mind altering substances (Drugs or Alcohol); Wear appropriate clothing for adventure; Must wear closed-toed and closed-heel shoes; Long hair must be pulled back and secured; Remove all dangling jewelry, rings, and piercings that may present a hazard; No candy, gum, or other choking hazards; Must comply with all safety instructions and operational policies; Must participate voluntarily and sign release waiver; Health and medical conditions that restrict participation. Examples: pregnancy, spinal injury or weak spine, and heart condition; Course will close during inclement weather (lightning, high wind, rain, and snow). Course Specific Requirements: Everyone must complete a beginner course before they can move to another level; Course managers may choose to further restrict access to Advanced/High Difficulty Routes; One person on an element & two people on a platform at a time; Do NOT exceed more than four people on the bridge at the same time (3 guests & 1 guide); Horseplay is prohibited on the course; Relatives of participant & observers must wear a helmet if under the course. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.

Yes! Sunday – Thursday: Day passes are available for the public. Friday, Saturday and Holidays: Day passes are only issued to guests of reservation holders at campsites or lodging. Day passes grant access to the grounds, swimming pool and beach areas. Day pass holders are asked to leave by dusk.

All of our rates are nightly. We do not offer RV or boat storage. Please check with Blue Springs Ranch (573-732-5200) for space available.

Yes, we sell a variety of beer, liquor and wine at the resort. Visit Paddler’s Bar & Grill or the Meramec Mercantile Beer Cave to make your purchases. We require ID for all alcohol and tobacco purchases. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.

Showers are free. We ask that you limit shower time for all guests and be considerate of lines. Showers and toilets are located throughout the resort. You will find a shower house at each motel, the Meramec Mercantile, Do Drift Inn & SH #2, SH#3 is located midway through the resort under the Lookout Lodge, SH #4 is located in the family area under River’s End Motel. Laundry facilities are located at the Meramec Mercantile and SH #3. Coin machines are located in SH #3.

No, at this time only golf carts are allowed. Please visit the Meramec Mercantile to purchase your golf cart pass. Golf cart passes are $30. We are now offering Golf Cart rentals! Please check with the store for availability!

There is spotty cell phone reception. Ozark Outdoors Resort does provide limited Wi-Fi throughout the campground. We are working hard to get the Wi-Fi extended to reach all areas of the campground, however at this time there are still some sections that don’t quite reach the towers. We cannot guarantee that you will have it available at your specific site and/or lodging unit, however you can always come connect on the front porch of our Meramec Mercantile. We do apologize for any inconvenience. For the best connection: connect where you will be using the Wi-Fi the most (at your campsite / lodging unit). You will need to purchase your fishing license prior to arriving at Ozark Outdoors Resort. You can go online to purchase your fishing license at MO MDC. True Value (Bourbon) and Wal-Mart (Cuba or Sullivan) also sell fishing permits if you forget. We sell fishing worms and a limited amount of fishing tackle in the Meramec Mercantile.
