Campground Rules and Policies

• Advance payment in full is required to confirm ALL reservations. Until paid in their entirety, all camping reservations are tentative and subject to cancellation, making the services available for other guest use.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

We do not accept partial payments; all reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival. Deposits are reserved for selected special events. Reservation staff will confirm when deposits are accepted and when final payment is due.

CANCELLATION/SERVICE FEES – CAMPING/FLOATING/AERIAL PARK: All cancellations or changes must be made at least (8) days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund, minus the service fee, per site, per vessel. Group sites count as 4 sites. Any cancellations in part or in whole made within the (7) days of your scheduled arrival date will become NON-REFUNDABLE. LODGING: All cancellations or changes must be made at least (15) days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund, minus the service fee, per unit. Any cancellations in part or in whole made within the (14) days of your scheduled arrival date will become NON-REFUNDABLE. CANCELLATIONS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS CAMPING AND LODGING: All cancellations or changes must be made at least (31) days prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a refund. Any cancellation in part or whole, within (30) days of the arrival date is NON-REFUNDABLE. Camping Event Cancellation Service Fees: $50.00, per package | Lodging Event Cancellation Service Fees: $150, per package. CANCELLATIONS FOR CATERING EVENTS: All cancellations or changes must be made at least (15) days prior to your scheduled event date in order to receive a refund, minus a $250.00 service fee. Any cancellations in part or in whole made within the (14) days of your scheduled event date will become NON-REFUNDABLE.

RAINCHECKS – No rainchecks: lodging, camping, catering or special events. Floating: It must be raining consistently between 8:00AM-Noon at Ozark Outdoors Resort in order for us to issue a rain check good for one year. NO CASH, CREDIT, or CHECK REFUNDS will be issued if rain stops before noon. Floating will go on. Aerial Park: If there is light rain, the course can be operational. If there is lightning within a 20 mile radius we cannot open the course. We will bring the group down to wait out the storm, or we may issue a raincheck good for one year. Rain or Shine events—absolutely NO rainchecks will be offered.

• 4:00 PM begins check-in for all lodging reservations on the day of your scheduled arrival, so that our floaters can get on the water efficiently and we can have the site prepared for you. If you go to the unit or check in early, additional fees will be charged, if the unit is even available.
• 11:00 AM or earlier is check-out on the date of your departure. If you wish to stay additional nights, based on availability, please visit the Meramec Mercantile office to pay for the site.

For Select Special Events: 12:00 PM Begins Check-In for all camping / lodging special event reservations, on the day of your scheduled date of arrival; so that our floaters can get on the water efficiently, and we can have the site prepared for you. If you go to the site or check-in early, additional fees may be charged—if the unit or site is even available. 11:00 AM or Earlier is Check-Out on the date of your departure. If you wish to stay additional nights, based on availability, please visit the Meramec Mercantile office to pay for the site. Quiet Hours—1:00 am – 7:00 am. Management reserves the right to make site changes or to ask unruly guests to leave. Please be sure to read ALL Floating Policies before confirming. If you plan to lodge at Ozark Outdoors please be sure to read ALL Lodging Policies before confirming. If you plan to camp at Ozark Outdoors please be sure to read ALL Camping Policies before confirming. Only numbered campsites & lodging units will be guaranteed a fire ring & picnic table. Rain or Shine events—absolutely NO rainchecks or refunds will be offered.

• All units are provided with linens — 1 set per 2 guests for 2 nights. If in need of additional sets, additional charges may apply. For 3 or more nights, a dirty set may be traded for a clean set at no charge. All linens must be left inside the cabin. We will charge you for any missing linens. DO NOT REMOVE LINENS FOR ANY REASON. Linens found outside the unit will be charged back to the reservation holder’s account.
• Kitchenware is not provided in any cabin or motel.
• Kitchenware is provided in the Lookout Lodge, Grand Suite and Chalet units.
• NO SMOKING inside any lodging unit. You will be charged a minimum $300 cleaning fee.

Family Area Quiet Hours: 11:00PM – 7:00AM. Sites 1101-1308 & 1401-1824, GS 0-18, River’s End Motel, Do Drift Inn, Country Cabins 1-6, & Deluxe Kozy Kabins 1-13, Lookout Lodge, Cedar Ridge Chalet, Meramec Valley Chalet, Deluxe Kozy Kabins 21-28, and the Grand Suite. Late Night Quiet Hours: 1:00AM – 7:00AM. Sites 101-518 & 601-758. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. No loud music, loud talking, barking dogs, or other loud noises at any time.

• ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, 4-wheelers, etc. are NOT allowed on property.
• Golf carts must have a paid tag from the Meramec Mercantile store; drivers must be at least 16 with a valid driver’s license.
• 9 MPH resort speed limit.
• No driving under the influence.

• Campfires MUST be contained in fire rings.
• Fireworks in designated areas only.
• In cooperation with the Missouri Department of Conservation, Ozark Outdoors asks you to Burn it Where you Buy it. Please do not transport firewood into or out of our resort in order to stop the traffic of pestilence and disease.

• Cutting, marring, or other damage to Ozark Outdoors trees will result in fines equaling $150.00 per diameter inch.
• Damages to any Ozark Outdoors property are subject to financial penalty, to be determined by management, and/or followed with prosecution to the full extent of the law.
• Ozark Outdoors cannot be responsible for guest property loss or damages, natural or unnatural, while on our grounds.

• Management reserves the right to make site/unit changes and to ask unruly guests to leave.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for minor children.
• Under NO circumstances are firearms allowed.
• Under NO circumstances are generators allowed.
• After hours, report problems to OOR security.
